Why Now?

Today's social climate is characterized by a surge in psychological challenges like occupation pressure, social expectations, and bullying. Limited access to resources, stigma, and insufficient support worsen this crisis, affecting job performance and overall well-being.

Example: The Education Space

1 in 5 high school students have seriously considered suicide, 1 in 3 experienced severe mental health issues.^[1] The solutions in place are not working.

In Pennsylvania, approximately 74% of high school students experience moderate to high depressive symptoms.^[2]

Despite legislative efforts like ACT 71, many students still lack access to adequate mental health resources and support

Example: United States Veterans

Despite making up only 6.3% of the population in PA, Veterans account for 18% of the adult suicide rate.^[1] The solutions in place are not working.

Only 48% of Veterans receive VA health care, meaning 6.84M of them are not screened.^[2]

Example: Senior Citizens

Social isolation in adults aged 50 and up was associated with about a 50% increased risk of dementia and a 30% increase in heart disease.^[1] The solutions in place are not working.

In America, one in three adults age 50–80 (34%) reported feeling isolated from others in the last year.^[2]

Many senior citizens do not have access to regular contact with people outside of their homes
